Being from Texas I love a good Queso and this recipe did not disappoint.

Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground beef
1 Taco seasoning packet
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
1 red onion, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of milk
10oz of freshly shredded Oaxaca cheese
16oz cream cheese, softened
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 additional jalapeno, diced (optional)
Steps
In a large skilled cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning all the way thru. Set aside.
In the same skillet sauté the red onion, garlic and 1 jalapeno in the avocado oil for 3 - 5 minutes.
Add the milk and bring to a low boil.
Add the Oaxaca cheese, slowly stir in allowing the cheese to melt.
Add the cream cheese (cut up to stir in easier), continue to stir frequently.
Add back the ground beef to the skillet.
Top with tomatoes, cilantro and additional jalapeno if desired for extra spice.
Serve with chips or warm tortillas
Tips
2 jalapenos (deseeded) was not too spicy even for my toddler.
Be sure to serve nice and warm, its much better hot
