These are an incredible appetizer to make for any dinner party you are hosting or going to. They are delicious, and easier than they sound or look.

Ingredients
Large White onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 bag of frozen spinach
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup water
2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs, separated
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Pastry Puff sheets, thawed
Steps
In a large pan sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the spinach and water.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted (approximately 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and set aside. Let it cool slightly
Mix in feta and mozzarella.
Take the 2 eggs and seperate the yolk and white from one another.
Mix the egg whites into the spinach mixture. Save the yolk.
Take the pastry sheets and lay flat.
Spread half the spinach mixture onto each pastry sheet and roll up.
Brush lightly with egg yolk and sprinkle Sesame seeds on top.
Slice into 8 rolls per pastry roll.
Place the sliced puffs onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 - 35 minutes.
Tips
Be sure the pastry sheet is fully thawed, it will make rolling easier.
Don't pull the puffs too early even if they look like they are browning. You want them to fully cook and get flaky.
