Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

I love ordering Brussel sprouts when I go to dinner so I love being able to make these at home.

Ingredients

  • 1lb Brussel sprouts, washed and cut in half

  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Steps

  1. Cut and wash your Brussel sprouts.

  2. Mix in a bowl the brussels with olive oil, garlic and seasoning.

  3. On a baking sheet, spray with non-stick spray and spread the mixed Brussel sprouts out evenly.

  4. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese

  5. Put back in oven for 8 - 10 minutes.

  6. Flip and sprinkle parmesan cheese


Tips

  1. If you are hosting or trying to time your dinner to be ready at the same time, I like to prep these ahead of time and throw in the oven later.

    1. If you are prepping a few hours ahead of time, I would wait to toss the olive oil until its closer to eat to avoid them getting soggy.
