Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

I love ordering Brussel sprouts when I go to dinner so I love being able to make these at home.

Ingredients
1lb Brussel sprouts, washed and cut in half
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Cut and wash your Brussel sprouts.
Mix in a bowl the brussels with olive oil, garlic and seasoning.
On a baking sheet, spray with non-stick spray and spread the mixed Brussel sprouts out evenly.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese
Put back in oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
Flip and sprinkle parmesan cheese
Tips
If you are hosting or trying to time your dinner to be ready at the same time, I like to prep these ahead of time and throw in the oven later.
If you are prepping a few hours ahead of time, I would wait to toss the olive oil until its closer to eat to avoid them getting soggy.
