These Hot Italian Sliders are always a crowd pleaser. I have made these for many parties, lunches and dinners. I love that I can put them together earlier in the day when my boys are napping and then pull them out and throw straight in the oven when we are ready to eat.

Ingredients
12 Kings Hawaiian rolls
6oz of deli ham, thin sliced
12 slices salami, thin sliced
4oz package of pepperoni, thin sliced
6 slices of provolone cheese
6 - 8oz sliced Greek Pepperoncini
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 jar of Marinara sauce
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
Lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan.
Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and lay the bottom half in the pan.
Layer ham, pepperoni, salami, cheese and pepperoncini. (I like to repeat the ham, pepperoni and cheese before the pepperoncini). Half way through brush a little more of the butter mixture.
Put the top half of the rolls on top and brush with the remaining butter mixture.
Cover pan with foil and cook for 25 - 30 mins.
Serve with a side of marinara to dip the sliders in.
Tips
I like to cut the provolone slices into quarters and use a half a slice per slider. It makes them easier to put on each slider without melting all over the sides.
I also cut the sliced ham in half.
Brushing a layer of the butter mixture in the middle of assembly makes the sliders more flavorful throughout.
Lots of pepperoncini is also very key to making these extra flavorful.
I love using Raos Marinara for these. I heat it on the stovetop for the last 7 - 10 minutes the sliders are cooking.
