These Philly Cheesesteaks are delicious and I love that they are a crockpot meal so it makes them easy to throw together in the morning and have a nice meal in the evening.

Ingredients
2lb beef round steak, thinly sliced
1 white onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups beef broth
2 envelopes of Zesty Italian dressing packet mix
6 Hoagie buns
6 - 12 slices of Provolone cheese
Steps
In a crockpot mix the beef, veggies and beef broth. Mix well and sprinkle the Italian dressing mix (I like to mix one packet in at a time and mix well to coat everything evenly).
Put the lid on crockpot and cook for 8 hours on low.
When done cooking, slice the hoagie buns in half long way and put the meat and veggie mixture on top.
Cover with one or two slices of provolone cheese.
Place on a cookie sheet and in the oven on low broil for 2 - 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips
I like it with two slices of cheese but if you want to save yourself just a few calories, you can take one slice and cut in half to cover the hoagie
