These Cookie Bars remind me of summer for some reason. They are delicious and make plenty to share!

Ingredients

  • 10 - 12 Graham Crackers

  • 10 Tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup Butterscotch chips

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  • 21oz Sweetened Condensed milk (1 1/2 can)

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Blend the graham crackers to a fine powder.

  3. Mix crackers with melted butter.

  4. Press the cracker mixture firmly into a 9x13 glass dish.

  5. On top of the graham cracker mixture sprinkle (in this order) the semi chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and sliced almonds.

  6. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the mixture.

  7. Top with coconut.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 - 30 minutes.

  9. I like to let mine cool for at least an hour so they firm up (you can even put in the fridge for a bit).

Tips

  • I like to make these a day ahead so they have time to completely set, the condensed milk can get runny if you cut them too early.

  • You can use the full 2 cans of sweetened condense milk but then its just a little runnier. I prefer just about 1.5 cans
